Return & Refund Policy

At Elite Booster Boxes, we take pride in the quality and packaging of our Pokémon TCG products. Due to the nature of collectible trading card games, our return policy is strict to ensure the integrity of our inventory for all customers.

Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

General Return Policy

We accept return requests made within 14 days of receipt if the product has remained sealed. Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping as well as securely and safely packaging the shipment so that it arrives undamaged, preferably in the packaging that it was originally shipped in.

Damaged or Defective Items

Elite Booster Boxes is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

However, we are collectors too and understand the importance of condition. We pack every box with care to ensure it arrives safely. If there is an issue, please contact us at support@eliteboosterboxes.com so we can try to help.

The Return Process

To initiate a return:

Approval: We will reply within 1 business day of confirmation or denial of return claim.

Shipment: Prepare to ship the item back by purchasing and printing a shipping label, and proceed to ship the item within 5 business days receiving approval of return.

Refunds Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

The item must be returned in the condition it was received (e.g., if a sealed box was crushed, it must return with the plastic wrap still present).

Once inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.

Geographic Limitations

Returns are currently accepted for United States orders only.
