SHIPPING Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

  • Weekday Orders: Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM EST will typically ship the same day or the next business day.

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 PM EST, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

All orders under $50 prior to taxes will be charged a $5.95 flat shipping charge. Orders of $50 and over will receive free shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time - 3 to 5 business

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages & Issues

Elite Booster Boxes is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

However, we are collectors too and understand the importance of condition. We pack every box with care to ensure it arrives safely. If there is an issue, please contact us at support@eliteboosterboxes.com so we can try to help.
