1. Overview. This website is operated by Elite Booster Boxes. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Elite Booster Boxes. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).

2. Non-Affiliation Disclaimer. Elite Booster Boxes is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with The Pokémon Company International, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., or GAME FREAK.

Pokémon and all Pokémon character names are trademarks of Nintendo.

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of their respective owners.

3. Online Store Terms. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Products, Pricing, and Market Volatility. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

TCG Volatility: The trading card market is volatile. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. In the event of a technical error where a product is listed at an incorrect price (e.g., a "glitch" price), we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, even if your card has been charged. A full refund will be issued immediately in such cases.

Card Condition: Unless otherwise stated, "Raw" singles are sold in Near Mint (NM) or better condition. However, we do not guarantee any specific grade from third-party grading services (PSA, Beckett, CGC) for raw cards.

5. The "Explorer" Subscription Program. If you subscribe to our "Explorer" monthly box:

Recurring Billing: By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.

Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly) unless you cancel it.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Portal or by emailing us. To avoid being charged for the next month, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

No Refunds on Renewals: Once a renewal payment has processed, we cannot refund it if the box has already entered the fulfillment queue.

6. Shipping & Risk of Loss. All items purchased from Elite Booster Boxes are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx).

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend selecting shipping options that include insurance for high-value orders.

8. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order (to prevent scalping or bot activity). If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail provided at the time the order was made.

9. Third-Party Links. Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites.

10. Limitation of Liability. In no case shall Elite Booster Boxes, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

11. Governing Law. These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, United States.

12. Changes to Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website.
